Svea - 1/9/2019
Svea wasn't interested in any breakfast (spitting out what she tried) when we ate so later I fed her pumpkin/apple. Then 7 oz bottle. For lunch she ate some ground beef with pasta sauce and whole wheat spaghetti noodles. No fruit salad.
Svea and Linnea play in the box way more than anyone else!! Several times a day, in and out. They both packed books in there and Linnea crawled up on the chair to read her book. Svea, meanwhile, was using her book for other types of play. :) Second picture: More play in the big box. Svea is standing up on a chair, of course, looking over the side! :)
Next picture - Svea and Linnea in the book area again!! Another favorite spot for these two. Yesterday Svea cleared all the books out of the book rack and then tried to crawl on it and stand inside it! Dang! She got one foot stuck in a slot of course and was yelling for help! Not to squeal on Avilene, but she was the one setting the example for Svea! Ha! Avi was standing in the top slot because she was trying to reach a diaper for me; although I hadn't asked her to do so! I had Avi get out because it scares me to think of them tipping over with an ankle stuck in there!! Yikes!
Love this last picture! First Dramatic Play I've seen from Svea!! She was on the mattress with a phone, put it up to her ear, and kept saying, "hi hi hi hi hi." Love it! And she is very young for that! (Very advanced of course. Ha!) If you're feeling energetic Momma Molly with lots of extra time you can search Avilene's Journal to see what age I first posted her doing dramatic play. :) With the popularity of cell phones in recent years this is almost always the first dramatic type of play we see. I'll bet it was the first thing I saw Avi doing too.
