Svea - 2/27/2019
Svea ate two servings of French toast and ate strawberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate several bites of pork chop, ate whole wheat toast, several bites of sweet potatoes, and several bites of applesauce. The meat was cut in tiny pieces and I mixed it in with the sweet potatoes and applesauce and she ate several bites that I fed her.
It was close to 9:00 when I took this first picture and Svea was getting hungry. She was at the gate watching Atley and Avi in the preschool room and starting to fuss. So I asked Atley if she'd "read" to Svea while I finished up with Linnea's diaper. So I guess in Atley's mind "singing The Bear went over the mountain in someone's bubble space" is equivalent to "reading" to them! :)
Next picture: Svea was playing with one of the shape sorters. If you look closely you can see she's putting a strawberry in the diamond shaped hole! Ha! Or anything else that might fit! I don't know how to describe this next thing, but Svea was sitting very near to where this picture was taken and she started going in circles on her butt; scooting around in circles. She'd do one circle and chuckle, do another circle and chuckle again, and did that maybe four or five times. When she saw me grinning and heard me snickering at her she started laughing! It was so stinking cute and funny. Then she closed her eyes and gave me the biggest cheesiest grin ever!!
Next picture and Last picture: Svea has different approaches to reading books in the library! Sometimes the bench works and sometimes the library floor works better!
