Svea - 6/12/2019
Svea ate bites of whole wheat toast and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of pork roast, no whole wheat tortillas, bites of sweet potatoes, no carrots and ate a large serving of fruit salad.
When Grandma Mary dropped off Svea the kids were at the gate talking to Mary and Atley asked, "Where's Mark?!?" Haha! Atley - Little Miss Social Girl knows everyone's names and wants to know why he's not where he is supposed to be!!
First picture: Svea was at the window waving bye to Lauralea and watching her as she walked to the bus stop. I just took the picture because she had her mouth pushed against the window. I didn't even notice her reflection was visible from that angle!! Second picture: I'm not sure what game Linnea and Svea were playing here, but Svea kept going from the mirror over to the couch where Linnea was laying. And they were giggling and laughing. Maybe it was a preview of the "hide and seek" game I describe in the following two pictures. I love how these two will play like this. They don't notice or care when the "older" girls go to the preschool room. They just continue to do their own thing!
These last two pictures go together. Svea is laying in front of the igloo watching Linnea over at the window doing some "counting" in their game of hide and seek! Haha! I love how this age group does these games and mimic (to a point anyhow) what they've seen the other kids doing. As soon as Linnea would head towards the igloo (Svea's hiding spot - haha) Svea would pop back inside. Linnea would peek inside and say, "I found you guys!" Haha! So cute and especially because she always made it plural - "guys!" :)
