Svea - 8/2/2019

Svea ate oatmeal and most of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch she ate several bites of hamburger stew with meat, tomatoes, green beans, and carrots.  She had no whole wheat dinner roll and no apricots.

First picture: Avi invited sister to "come sit on me."  So that's what Svea did and it only took about 5 - 6 seconds for Avilene to say, "Get off of me my Sister!!"  Ha!  Love the wording.  Speaking of Sister Love - Avi gave Svea a big juicy sweet kiss right square on the end of her nose.  Which was sweet and all, HOWEVER there was way too much snot and dried boogers for my taste!!  Yuck.  :)

Next Picture:  Hey where'd Callahan's binky go!?!  Ahhh...now I see it!!  You little goose Svea with the cute little ponytail and no shorts or pants.  Yup, those shorts were slightly soiled!!

Next picture: Several hanging out on Callahan's blanket again!  At least he doesn't get lonely!!  Last picture; the kids played on the airplane again outside.  It seems to be a super hit for everyone!! Nora and Avi are watching Atley bail out the back of the airplane.  She survived even without a parachute! Whew!!  If you look closely you'll notice Svea is not in the best location when the teeter-totter goes back up!!  But I'd already moved her several times so I guess she'll figure it out on her own.  :)

Svea ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and three servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her ground beef, no whole wheat elbow noodles, no peas, and ate bites of applesauce. First picture: Svea is just getting started on coloring this picture, but she was actually too busy watching Nora color and studying Nora's picture. Then, just as I was taking the picture, Svea's marker rolled off the table and Svea managed to catch it before it hit the floor. She's explaining to Nora how such an amazing feat is even possible!! Haha! Nice catch Svea. Next picture: The girls are watching a "Chicken Dance" video and dancing/singing along with it. The boys, meanwhile, are marching to their own drum and Miles is chanting, "I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew!!" Svea - 5/18/2020

Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries.  At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk."  Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha.  At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard.  Svea said, "That's right Gary."  Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?"  Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!"  And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress.  :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning.  I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness.  Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...

Svea - 5/19/2020

Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together.  Good work Svea.  Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror.  During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity.  Well now she's back and here she is again.  Haha.  (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!!  It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well.  So cute.
