Svea - 1/2/2020
Happy New Year Everyone! Just in case some people haven't seen the email yet, I sent one yesterday with all the closure dates for 2020.
Svea ate half of whole wheat English muffin and two servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of meatball, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and applesauce.
Svea watched me put a ponytail in Linnea's hair and then started saying, "my turn, my turn, my turn!!" Then during the entire time of fixing her hair she was chanting, "ouch-ee, ouch-ee, ouch-ee!!" You can see the ponytail pretty well in the second picture below.
Lauralea finished doing some testing with Svea this morning. As soon as Svea realized what Lauralea's intentions were she started saying, "Bear, Simba, Pumba." She was repeating answers to questions from a couple weeks ago. I thought that was pretty good!!
First picture: Atley said to Svea and Linnea; "Hey you guys wanna run!?!" Second picture: Svea has on some dress-up clothes and one dress-up shoe that you can't see.
Next picture: Svea was standing there pulling the sides of her mouth open wide. So I told her to show it to Cal and then I said, "Do it to Cal." Well that was a mistake because she rightfully interpreted that to mean; "stretch HIS mouth out." Haha. I worded that wrong Svea; "just do it to yourself and show Cal!" Last picture: Atley was keeping a close eye on the weather outside. As soon as it started snowing hard, she ran toe the window and was leading the two little ones in a loud rendition of "Jingle Bells." :)
