Svea - 2/10/2020
Svea ate bites of Chex cereal and ate peaches for breakfast. For lunch she ate two servings of ground beef mixed with two servings of avocado, no whole wheat sandwich thins, no tomatoes, and ate mandarin oranges.
First picture: Svea working on her own birthday card to give to Grandma. She did lots of coloring on it and then lots of stickers. She was working very hard when I took this picture. And making very deliberate marks. That's a developmental milestone and the early stages of representational drawing. This was fun to watch.
Next two pictures - we did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and the first things Svea wanted were the dolls and doll blankets! "Where are MY blankets!?!" There are dolls and doll blankets in every toy set, but some of the blankets are "doll size" and won't cover Svea very well when she lays down to be covered!! :) She didn't seem to care; she just improvised!! Next picture: Svea had some food toys and found every piece of "silverware" available.

Last picture: Svea was sitting in the sink bowl and her little butt fits in there just about perfect! Linnea and Callahan are both gone today, but Svea didn't say a word about that and acted like she didn't notice!!
