Svea - 6/2/2020
Svea ate whole wheat English muffin and grapes for breakfast. For lunch she had no pork roast, no whole wheat toast, ate beets, and ate applesauce.
This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon when Svea was done with snack, but everyone else (with the exception of baby Miles) was still eating. Svea went and sat by him for a long time and it was adorable. I like how he's checking out her foot in the picture.
Well this certainly was a fun morning for everyone with the return of Linnea. Everyone was happy to see her and none more so than Svea. In the next picture they were preparing to play "ring around the rosy" and Svea said, "Hold hands Linnea, hold hands." They are both looking at Avilene because she'd just said, "I wanna play." And she joined them. In the following picture Svea was asking me to "make me a horsey, make me a horsey." Linnea last visited on the first day of May and I don't think these big blocks were touched since then. She always liked those blocks.
Next picture; Atley was running from one side the room to the other trying to coax the other kids into following her. Like I said, everyone was jacked up about having Linnea here! The energy level was up substantially and it stayed that way for most of the morning. Those dynamics have always fascinated me!! Last picture: Again, the kids haven't done this since we last saw Linnea. What are you guys looking at? "The cubbies." Haha.
