Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries. At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk." Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha. At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard. Svea said, "That's right Gary." Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?" Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!" And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress. :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning. I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness. Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...
Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes. For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon. I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together. Good work Svea. Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror. During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity. Well now she's back and here she is again. Haha. (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!! It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well. So cute. Next picture: Svea was at the gate yelling to Avi and Atley (who were in the Preschool Room) and she was saying, "Look at me guys, look at me guys." Then she started walking across the room...
Svea ate half of her waffles and ate two servings of fruit salad for breakfast. For lunch she ate whole 30 chili with meat, peppers, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and tomato sauce. She ate her whole wheat dinner roll and her tropical fruit. You know from reading Avi's Blog that we've been learning the Spanish words for different colors. We've used Alexa some of the time, but as you'll read in Avi's Blog we're doing it different. Anyhow, yesterday afternoon I heard Svea randomly say, "Alexa, what's the Spanish word for white?" :) First picture: Svea made a grand entrance with her pretty dress today and it was so dang cute. She was awful proud of her dress. Nora is to the left of the picture, but Svea is showing Nora the details. Svea seemed especially fascinated by the sleeves. Second picture Svea joined Nora in a relaxing thumb sucking place. Ha. Next picture: Did I mention Svea seemed to be quite fascinated by the sleeves of her dress. She'...
