Svea - 9/1/2020

Svea ate whole wheat English muffin and ate grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate pork roast, no whole wheat toast, ate half of her beets, and ate applesauce.   Nora was talking to Svea and said, "When you come to my house you can try on my sparkly coat."  Before Svea could answer, Atley (looking down and not aware of Svea even being there) said, "Ok and if it fits me you can buy me one."  LOL!!  Atley, I seriously doubt if you'll ever be able to wear anything that fits Nora. 

First picture: Atley, Svea, and Nora were playing with the big car ramp and they love this toy every time it comes around in toy exchange.  Second picture; Well I got the new parachute yesterday and I knew it might not work in the house, but they had fun with it for a few minutes before I had to remove it from the room.  (Too much screaming, crying, yelling, and more screaming.) We'll take it with us outside this afternoon.  

Next picture; There are lots of lots of pictures of Svea reading in her Blog from the beginning!!  Look at the stack of books laying beside her.  :)  Last picture: Svea feeding her baby a carrot.  No reason to use a food processor when the baby will eat big raw carrots.  :)

Svea ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and three servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her ground beef, no whole wheat elbow noodles, no peas, and ate bites of applesauce. First picture: Svea is just getting started on coloring this picture, but she was actually too busy watching Nora color and studying Nora's picture. Then, just as I was taking the picture, Svea's marker rolled off the table and Svea managed to catch it before it hit the floor. She's explaining to Nora how such an amazing feat is even possible!! Haha! Nice catch Svea. Next picture: The girls are watching a "Chicken Dance" video and dancing/singing along with it. The boys, meanwhile, are marching to their own drum and Miles is chanting, "I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew!!" Svea - 5/18/2020

Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries.  At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk."  Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha.  At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard.  Svea said, "That's right Gary."  Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?"  Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!"  And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress.  :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning.  I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness.  Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...

Svea - 5/19/2020

Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together.  Good work Svea.  Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror.  During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity.  Well now she's back and here she is again.  Haha.  (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!!  It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well.  So cute.
