Svea - 11/06/2020

Svea ate brown rice and no raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two bites of hamburger stew with meat, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, and green beans.  She ate whole wheat dinner roll and ate her fruit cocktail.   

During Story Time we were reading "Baa Baa Black Sheep" by Iza Trapani and and this author makes lots of cute stories out of old Mother Goose rhymes.  It was talking about 3 kittens asking for milk and the sheep didn't have any.  Three or four pages later Svea was still thinking about those poor hungry kittens without any milk.  In a very pathetic voice Svea said, "The kittens need milk; that is so sad."  

First picture:  Here's Svea joining the older girls again to do some art with drawing and stickers.  And just like yesterday (see the Post) Svea was on "garbage detail."  You can see she's not even sitting; she's standing so she can take everyone's scraps of paper to the garbage.  She takes her job very seriously.  :)  Good work Svea.

Next picture; Svea was singing "Five Little Ducks" (even though that's not what this book is; but it is about ducks) and she was also head bonking against the back of the couch.  And of course Cal started doing the head bonking too!  I can't believe I got a picture that makes it look like they're sitting so quietly because that is NOT what was happening.  Haha.  Last picture: Svea offered her assistance with the mask, but Miles was more inclined to experiment with it himself.  He's an awesome experimenter!!
