Svea - 12/08/2020

Svea ate bites of waffle and ate grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, no whole wheat tortillas, ate corn, and no baked cinnamon apples.   

This morning Svea just randomly said, "Hey Gary, You fall in hot tub where Avi's birthday is."  Yup I have full recollection of that Svea and thanks for the reminder.  :)  I love how she worded it.  Megan has been giving me a hard time about staying away from the hot tub at Atley's party.  :)

These first two pictures are left over from yesterday afternoon and they made me laugh so much!!  Nora was massaging her pal Svea and she did this 3 or 4 different times.  I guess Nora has the potential to be a Massage Therapist because in the second picture Svea looks to be going into an "other-worldly trance."

Next picture:  Svea wanted this dress on before she even went to the window to wave at Momma.  Just an FYI for Momma; As soon as Svea stepped down from the window she asked me to take off her necklace. Second picture;  She's trying to guard this from Miles and he's slipping around behind her to grab the goods.    

Last picture:  Svea did lots of Stickers and Markers at Art Time.  She said, "Isn't my paper beautiful?"  It sure is.  Here's why she's in the highchair; We were doing an activity with the Preschool girls and it took up a lot of space.  We actually used an extra table.  Svea was totally fine with the highchair arrangement; anything to do stickers!!

Svea ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and three servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her ground beef, no whole wheat elbow noodles, no peas, and ate bites of applesauce. First picture: Svea is just getting started on coloring this picture, but she was actually too busy watching Nora color and studying Nora's picture. Then, just as I was taking the picture, Svea's marker rolled off the table and Svea managed to catch it before it hit the floor. She's explaining to Nora how such an amazing feat is even possible!! Haha! Nice catch Svea. Next picture: The girls are watching a "Chicken Dance" video and dancing/singing along with it. The boys, meanwhile, are marching to their own drum and Miles is chanting, "I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew!!" Svea - 5/18/2020

Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries.  At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk."  Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha.  At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard.  Svea said, "That's right Gary."  Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?"  Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!"  And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress.  :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning.  I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness.  Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...

Svea - 5/19/2020

Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together.  Good work Svea.  Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror.  During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity.  Well now she's back and here she is again.  Haha.  (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!!  It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well.  So cute.
