Svea - 02/05/2021

Svea ate oatmeal and half of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of hamburger stew with meat, tomatoes, carrots, and green beans.  She ate half of whole wheat dinner roll and most of apricots.  

First picture: First thing this morning Svea and Nora were in the chair and Atley was piling the pillows and accessories on top of them. You can see Svea and Nora's feet sticking out. I like the second picture: Little cutie McFutie poking her face out.  :)

Next picture; Svea and Nora were having a blast on the couch and went backward off there over and over and over. They were loud and rowdy; giggling and laughing so hard!! Second picture: Miles was passing by and stopped for some loves. He is a little love bug. You can't really see Svea's head below his head, but you can see her hair.  Svea said, "That's so cool."  Nora agreed; "yes it is." Look at Nora's arms; she was ready for his love too.  

Last picture: I took the mattress cover off and you'd think I'd gotten an entirely new play set! The kids were going nuts and having a blast. They respond that same way every two weeks when I take it off to wash for toy exchange. It's really a cool picture of Avi if you zoom in on her.

Svea ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and three servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her ground beef, no whole wheat elbow noodles, no peas, and ate bites of applesauce. First picture: Svea is just getting started on coloring this picture, but she was actually too busy watching Nora color and studying Nora's picture. Then, just as I was taking the picture, Svea's marker rolled off the table and Svea managed to catch it before it hit the floor. She's explaining to Nora how such an amazing feat is even possible!! Haha! Nice catch Svea. Next picture: The girls are watching a "Chicken Dance" video and dancing/singing along with it. The boys, meanwhile, are marching to their own drum and Miles is chanting, "I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew!!" Svea - 5/18/2020

Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries.  At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk."  Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha.  At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard.  Svea said, "That's right Gary."  Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?"  Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!"  And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress.  :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning.  I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness.  Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...

Svea - 5/19/2020

Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together.  Good work Svea.  Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror.  During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity.  Well now she's back and here she is again.  Haha.  (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!!  It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well.  So cute.
