Svea - 07/28/2021

I'm a bit slow getting these Blogs started because Tate - lawn mowing wizard - gave me a 2 minute warning that he was coming today. :) Text: "I'm on my way!" and he lives 2.0 minutes away and that's when he walks. Ha. I usually have everything moved and ready for him. Sometimes there are lots of Daycare equipment on the lawn. Anyhow it's all good.

Svea ate whole wheat toast and two servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a couple bites of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of whole wheat spaghetti noodles. She ate cauliflower and ate a few bites of fruit salad. At breakfast Nora was talking to Svea about Swim Lessons; "I hope I have a girl teacher because I don't like boys." Svea was laughing and giggling with her.

Lauralea's sister was here yesterday for a few minutes and Svea was getting acquainted as fast as she possibly could. It was really cute. Cal, on the other hand is pretty wary of strangers and he was keeping his distance in the Daycare room; basically out of sight! Svea went in to where Cal was at and was trying to convince him that "she's a nice girl." It was really cute. Cal wasn't interested in those words of encouragement! Haha.

(This is in Avi's Blog too, but I want to make sure you see it.) Just letting everyone know we're not having Science with Lauralea tomorrow. She's having to go to Plains again to take both Parents to the doctor. Atley heard me saying that and she said, "Lauralea's Parents are Super Old!" So apparently there is Old and Super Old. :) Additional Notice: Our Science with Lauralea classes will be done the end of August; when the 3 older girls go to Kindergarten. This has been SO popular with the older girls and we've all appreciated it so much. Anything Lauralea does she gives maximum effort and actually it will be nice to take this off her plate. Thank you SO much Lauralea!! It was fun and we all learned a lot!

Nora is hiding eggs while Svea and Avi wait somewhat patiently! Yesterday afternoon Avi asked for the eggs again and everyone was gung-ho to hide and seek eggs again!! Second picture: Every time Svea found an egg she had to make sure I knew she'd found one all by herself. Little Cutie.
