Svea - 09/03/2021
Svea ate brown rice and raisins for breakfast. For lunch she ate salmon, whole wheat dinner roll, bite of cauliflower, and ate mangoes. Breakfast: She said, "I don't want any raisins in my rice." I said, "Sorry, I already put them in your rice." She said, "Ok." And then she ate the raisins first and ALL of them!
Lately when Svea wants to tell me something I've learned to just sit down because her stories frequently go on and on and on and on and on. :)
Did you notice I started waving madly at the window this morning!?! As you were sitting there Svea said, "Avi's in the car." Haha. I said, "Is she really in there?" Svea said, "Yes you can see her head." (So I started waving.) Then as you drove away Svea said, "No actually she's not in there." Hilarious. :)
First picture: Svea was totally engaged with the Doll House first thing this morning. She was here by herself for 30 minutes before Cal arrived, she went to greet him, and then right back to the Doll House. Ha. She had the plastic tub completely empty and every thing arranged nicely. Second picture: Then she built the blocks up for her and Cal to get inside the storage bin. She said, "Me and Cal are in here!!"
Next picture: She asked me draw a "Big heart, Middle sized heart, and Small heart." Then she cut them all out and she's doing a great job following the lines with the scissors. Following picture: Well we took another walk this morning and it was wonderful!! Such a beautiful morning. We went to a different Park and of course Svea wanted to pull the wagon again. Except this was in gravel and slightly uphill so we did it together. Last picture: This park only had a swing and a slide, but the kids didn't really care and we had a great outing. And they got to talk to some other kids too. :) Like I mentioned yesterday I'm impressed with how well Svea "pumps" her swing. She was saying to me; "Do an underdog, do an underdog, do an underdog." And Cal took up the chant too. Haha.
