Svea - 11/18/2021

Svea ate most of her French toast and no dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of her pulled pork, bite of whole wheat toast, no peas/carrots, and ate strawberries.

I've been expecting this to happen and it came out yesterday; thanks to Miles!! Haha. The boys were arguing over Svea!! Miles said, "My Va Va, my Va Va." And of course Cal started repeating it too!! :)

First picture: The boys are patiently waiting for Svea to gather up some food and laying it out for them. ha. Finally Svea said, "Ok Miles!! Stop saying Me Me Me!!" LOL! Following picture: Svea was a bit upset with Cal and telling me all about it. The primary problem was this; "Gary, Cal did NOT say thank you and I said his building was pretty!!" Come on; show some appreciation buddy!! :)

Next picture: These guys were all building with the legos and working hard!! I said I wanted a picture. I usually DON'T say anything and here's the reason why!! They lined up for their picture!! Hahaha. Cracked me up!

Next picture; It's been a long time since we did "Golf Ball Art" so we got out the supplies and the kids enjoyed it for a short time!! You can see Svea grinning while she was tipping the pan back and forth!! :) Last picture: Not that it matters, but I don't think this is a hat with the Mr Potato Head accessories. It still looked cute perched on Svea's head!!

Svea ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and three servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her ground beef, no whole wheat elbow noodles, no peas, and ate bites of applesauce. First picture: Svea is just getting started on coloring this picture, but she was actually too busy watching Nora color and studying Nora's picture. Then, just as I was taking the picture, Svea's marker rolled off the table and Svea managed to catch it before it hit the floor. She's explaining to Nora how such an amazing feat is even possible!! Haha! Nice catch Svea. Next picture: The girls are watching a "Chicken Dance" video and dancing/singing along with it. The boys, meanwhile, are marching to their own drum and Miles is chanting, "I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew!!" Svea - 5/18/2020

Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries.  At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk."  Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha.  At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard.  Svea said, "That's right Gary."  Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?"  Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!"  And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress.  :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning.  I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness.  Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...

Svea - 5/19/2020

Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together.  Good work Svea.  Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror.  During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity.  Well now she's back and here she is again.  Haha.  (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!!  It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well.  So cute.
