Svea - 04/27/2022

Svea ate no French toast and ate half of her Strawberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of her Hearty Paleo Stew with meat, green beans, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and peppers. She ate two servings of saltines, and ate mangoes.
At breakfast time Svea was telling me about a "Tree named Gus" and I think I've heard you guys talk about that before? I asked Svea where it was located. Hahaha. "Far from here." Far from Seely." and "Far from Augusta." :) Well that narrows it right down for me. 

First picture: This made me laugh! You can probably guess what Miles is saying!! Here it is: "I got you Svea!!" Haha. Whatever Miles, I think you may be about to get plowed over!! Very cute.

Next picture: What is this about? I'll give you a hint: Svea was sharing her morning snack with the boys again. This time it was Pirate Booty and they snarfed it down. Did you guess! Answer: Licking up the crumbs from Pirate Booty. :) Following picture: The kids coloring some coffee filters and then we sprayed water on them and they all turned out very pretty. 

Last picture: Svea wanted to snuggle on this chair for a few minutes after Cal and Miles laid down for their naps. She said she needed to rest. Ha. So she was there for maybe 10 - 15 minutes. (This is just across from where I was doing Blogs and a few feet from where Cal was napping.

Svea ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and three servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her ground beef, no whole wheat elbow noodles, no peas, and ate bites of applesauce. First picture: Svea is just getting started on coloring this picture, but she was actually too busy watching Nora color and studying Nora's picture. Then, just as I was taking the picture, Svea's marker rolled off the table and Svea managed to catch it before it hit the floor. She's explaining to Nora how such an amazing feat is even possible!! Haha! Nice catch Svea. Next picture: The girls are watching a "Chicken Dance" video and dancing/singing along with it. The boys, meanwhile, are marching to their own drum and Miles is chanting, "I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew!!" Svea - 5/18/2020

Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries.  At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk."  Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha.  At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard.  Svea said, "That's right Gary."  Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?"  Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!"  And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress.  :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning.  I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness.  Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...

Svea - 5/19/2020

Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together.  Good work Svea.  Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror.  During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity.  Well now she's back and here she is again.  Haha.  (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!!  It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well.  So cute.
