Svea - 07/11/2022

Svea ate several bites of bran cereal and ate 1 raisin for breakfast. For Lunch she ate everything; Chicken topped with avocado, buttered whole wheat pita bread, ate two servings of olives, ate most of her pears.

Leftover note from Friday. Svea and Avi were both waiting very impatiently (equal amounts of moaning) for Momma to come take them to the Pool. (They were the last to be picked up and that only added to their severe and very sad case of having to wait!! HaHa.) Svea was "SO BORED!!" Haha. Her words, except she said it like this; "I'm SO boring!!" LOL.

This first picture today makes me laugh. We did a toy exchange this weekend and they were all wearing Superhero suits. Look at Nora's expression. Avilene was dazzling her with some juggling tricks and Nora had the "proper" response. Ha. Svea, on the other hand, has seen all of Sister's tricks and wasn't impressed, or interested. Ha. However Superheroes do need nourishment and Svea was supplying the goods. :)

Next two pictures: Svea did a rainbow picture and then the face she's drawing. She said, "This is SO beautiful." Nora was decorating her airplane made by Avi. Second picture: They'd stop and do this silly routine of bowing to each other, and then thunking themselves on the head with a marker. If there was any significance to the routine it was lost on me!! Haha.

Last 2 Pictures: Avi (with my assistance) was making a couple of air/balloon powered cars. Svea and Nora occasionally stopped their Art Projects long enough to come see Avi's progress. Last picture; The first test run for Avi's completed car. It actually worked pretty well!

Svea ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and three servings of mandarin oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of her ground beef, no whole wheat elbow noodles, no peas, and ate bites of applesauce. First picture: Svea is just getting started on coloring this picture, but she was actually too busy watching Nora color and studying Nora's picture. Then, just as I was taking the picture, Svea's marker rolled off the table and Svea managed to catch it before it hit the floor. She's explaining to Nora how such an amazing feat is even possible!! Haha! Nice catch Svea. Next picture: The girls are watching a "Chicken Dance" video and dancing/singing along with it. The boys, meanwhile, are marching to their own drum and Miles is chanting, "I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew! I fart, Pee Yew!!" Svea - 5/18/2020

Svea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, no whole wheat hamburger bun, ate tomato, avocado, and three or four cherries.  At breakfast Svea started saying, "My turn to talk. My turn to talk."  Which is what the big girls say at the table; all talking and saying it at the same time. Ha.  At lunch I put mustard on my ground turkey and I told Avi you can't be a wuss and eat mustard.  Svea said, "That's right Gary."  Haha. Here's what Svea frequently says to Lauralea: "Can you swing me Lauralea?!?"  Or, "Swing me Lauralea, swing me!?!"  And here's what she's asking: Swing me back and forth and throw me on the mattress.  :) Today was toy exchange Monday and Svea was very busy all morning.  I think these pictures kind of capture some of her morning and her busyness.  Playing with the jingle bells, food toys, and in the third picture she's trying to put the cab of the legos truck on ...

Svea - 5/19/2020

Svea ate just a couple bites of breakfast: waffle and grapes.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortilla, two servings of corn, and ate baked cinnamon apples. This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I took this picture because I like to catch Svea actually putting the puzzles together.  Good work Svea.  Second picture: More of the same this morning; playing with her babies. Next picture: Nora spends LOTS of time everyday dancing in front of the mirror.  During the time she went to her Preschool I never saw anyone continue this activity.  Well now she's back and here she is again.  Haha.  (Nora Boyle was the last one I remember doing this too!!  It's a "Nora thing.") Today Svea joined them as well.  So cute.
